Meet Lynne:

SPEAKER: An international speaker, teacher, and workshop leader for more than three decades, Lynne is known for her personable style that reaches a variety of audiences.

Lynne is a trained speaker with Stonecroft ministries and a 2018 Voice of Hope with the American Cancer Society. She served as a story coach for Survivors Tell a Real Story (STARS) at Scottsdale Theater of Performing Arts. Lynne has also served on the faculty for writers’ conferences.

AUTHOR: Lynne is the author of Under a Desert Sky: Redefining Hope, Beauty, and Faith in the Hardest Places. She is a contributing author to sixteen books with Guideposts Publications, a publishing company since 1945. Lynne has been featured in several newspapers and magazines, including Guideposts Magazine with a readership of over two million.

FAMILY: Lynne and her husband, Mayor Kevin Hartke, have pastored a church in Chandler, AZ for over 35 years. Avid hikers, they have a few tales to share about rattlesnakes and Gila monsters while enjoying their cabin in an old-growth forest in northern Arizona. They have four grown children and four grandchildren.
