Three Gifts Ugly Beautiful:

1. A breast cancer surgery scar.

2. The hole in my fender where my husband pulled out a huge dent after I backed into a fire hydrant. The hole reminds me, not of the dent, but of my husband's care for me.

3. Pound puppy, Mollie, so broken when we got her. Now so full of life. And curious about grandson, Micah.
