What Will You Comment On?

The words found me under a stack

of holiday newsletters and Christmas greetings

of jolly snowmen

and pictures of children making angels in the snow.

A personal note scribed by my mother's cousin

a man I hear from once a year.

A handwritten thought added after the typed news

of his family's accomplishments.

He wrote

Lynne, Kevin and Family,

Sure sorry about Dad's illness and all that means.

Sure glad about Christ and what He did about our human condition!

Have you found that sometimes it is the small, added-on comments that make the biggest difference?

Today, what will you comment on?
